We strongly support your right to privacy when using our site and purchasing artworks from us. Our policy when it comes to your privacy is simple: your data and personal information is none of our business. We want to make our income from promoting artists and selling their artworks, not by mining your personal information.
We prefer in all cases to avoid collecting data about you other than that which is integral and necessary for us to offer our service as an online retailer of artworks. For us to be able to offer our service effectively and diligently we do obviously need to collect some information from you during transactions, to know where to send orders, for fraud protection and customer service requirements etc.
In the cases where we do collect data, we try to be clear about why we're collecting it, tell you how long we keep it, delete it when we no longer need it, and give you the ability to opt out of collection whenever possible.
Once again, we have no interest in collecting data for any other purpose than to provide the service of selling artworks online and customer service for our customers / collectors.
